Loft - Hi Eco Hostel Reykjavik

I had an amazing stay at Loft - Hi! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. The common areas and private room were clean and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do. Plus, the hostel had a sustainability focus, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Loft - Hi for a fantastic stay in Reykjavik.

The hostel had a clean and spacious dorm with a clean bathroom. the rooftop bar and breakfast area were really nice.

The rooms could be better ventilated and got a bit dank and musty by morning. Breakfast was expensive compared to other hostels in the area.

The location of the hostel is perfect, right in the heart of the main shopping street and close to all the important tourist points. The staff is friendly and always available, providing great assistance. The cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and linen is excellent. The hostel also offers modern fixtures and personal touches like blankets for the outside area. Various activities and workshops are available for those on a budget.

This hotel is located right in the city centre, making it super convenient to explore all that the downtown area has to offer. The bars in the neighborhood also add to the lively atmosphere. The staff at this hotel are amazing and very helpful, ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms are equipped with personal sockets, which is always handy for charging devices. Having a private bathroom in the room adds an extra level of convenience and allows for personal space.

The location of the hostel was fantastic, right in the center of the city and just a few blocks over from Hallgrímskirkja. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the bar area was cozy. The room was clean and spacious, and the optional breakfast included delicious chocolate marbled muffins. The shared kitchen was well-organized, allowing for food sharing and reducing waste.

The hostel lacked security measures and did not provide a safe environment during a vandalism incident.

A good advantage of this hostel is its adjacent nightclub, which is perfect for party lovers. friendly staff and a clean and quiet dormitory area provide a comfortable stay.

The hostel does not provide toiletries, which might be an issue for some guests.

Loft - Hi Hostel is a well-run hostel with quiet and clean dorms. The kitchen area is convenient and guests can leave and find food. The friendly bar area and helpful staff make the stay enjoyable. The wifi works great and the location is unbeatable.

The hostel had a modern feel with keycard access and charging ports in the clean and cozy room. The rooftop terrace provided a great view of the bustling street below. I would recommend it despite the lively weekend noise.

This hotel is located in the center of the main shopping street where you find most of the bars in the neighborhood. It offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and come with an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. Additionally, the staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The highlight of our stay was enjoying breakfast with an even better view from the Loft Balcony Bar.

The noise level in the hostel was unbearable. There seemed to be no consideration who wanted a peaceful and quiet stay.

Great location in the heart of the city with a slight uphill walk from the airport bus drop-off. Reception is open 24 hours and has secure entry. The bar and outside deck are fabulous until 11 pm, but drinks are not cheap. Comfy and warm dormitory for a good night's sleep.
